The accomodation

The master bedroom is the largest bedroom in the apartment, offering ample space for a comfortable bed (180 x 200), bedside tables and dressers. To enhance comfort and luxury the master bedroom include an ensuite bathroom and even a separate toilet room for added privacy.

The bedroom feature large windows to let in natural light, providing a bright and airy feel to the space.

2 twin-bedded rooms (90 x 200) offer a practical solution for accommodating multiple individuals or guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements while sharing the same accommodation space.

They provide comfort, privacy, and flexibility.

Those rooms share a common bathroom.

General terms and conditions

Reservations can be made directly by telephone or e-mail. Your booking is only final when we have received an advance of 30% of the rental amount. We are happy to receive the remaining 70% and the deposit of € 500,00 no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

The final cleaning is mandatory by our cleaning service. Nevertheless, the apartment should be left tidy, the dishes done and the dishwasher, refrigerator and bins emptied. Cost € 125.00 per stay and must be paid in advance.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking in the apartment is prohibited.

You can only cancel by email. The amount will be refunded 100% up to 30 days before the arrival date. Up to 10 days before the arrival date, 50% of the amount will be refunded. In case of cancellation within 10 than before the arrival date, no refund is possible unless another tenant is found for the period.

The deposit of € 500.00 must be paid when booking. If there are no problems, the deposit will be refunded within 8 days. We reserve our right to repay the guarantee only partially or not if damage has been made or the inventory is not complete.
